The profits of a rainy day

This was my painting interpretation from a Instagram challenge. The title comes from the rain that was falling outside at the time. It is painted in oil on canvas paper the colours are peachy orange that would compliment a room with warm colours or contrast with a cool coloured room.

An emerging visual artist born in South Korea, immigrated to and grew up in New Zealand and now based in Sydney, Australia. Reflecting these changes in environment Kevin's practice is concerned with portraying places he has often visited in a interpretative way using traditional painting techniques in oil, acrylic and watercolour. He seeks to capture the beauty contained in the natural landscapes and in still life objects 'on site' to convey the visual zeitgeist.
