I’m an Australian abstract artist who loves exploring colour, texture, and emotion through paint. My work is intuitive and expressive—often beginning with a feeling or a fleeting thought rather than a plan. I’m drawn to the process itself: layering paint, scraping it back, and letting each mark guide the next. There’s something freeing about watching a painting evolve on its own terms.
I work mostly with acrylics and mixed media, using palette knives and brushes to create bold, textured surfaces. I’m inspired by the natural world—the way light shifts through a landscape, the rhythm of the ocean, or the quiet energy of a new day. My aim is to capture those moments of stillness and movement together; to create a sense of calm and connection within each piece.
For me, abstract painting is about emotion more than representation. It’s about translating a feeling into form—inviting people to see something of themselves in the work. I love that everyone finds something different in each painting, a personal reflection that’s theirs alone.
Every piece I create is a little journey of its own, layered with colour, instinct, and curiosity. My hope is that my art brings a sense of peace, warmth, or inspiration into the spaces it finds a home in.
