Artwork Description

"Where Time Circles St Andrew’s"

Built in 1894 on Darumbal Country, the former St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church has watched Rockhampton grow and change around it for more than a century. In this layered composition, softened echoes of the historic building gather around its sharply defined centre—like fragments of memory circling a place that has remained steadfast through time. “Where Time Circles St Andrew’s” honours the enduring architecture, faith and collective memories held within this remarkable Rockhampton Heritage Listed Landmark.
