KNOWN is an autistic, queer and multidisciplinary artist, who returned to her art professionally, less than 12 months ago. In that time, KNOWN became a Mosman Art prize finalist and has pursued various series of works that have enabled her to express herself in diverse ways, utilising different styles and methods. KNOWN has synesthesia 🌈 and will incorporate it in her art process, along with other sensory experiences. KNOWN loves music, and her response to this stimuli (movement) has become a big part of her art process. It’s a natural flow on effect that has made her art practice a multidimensional experience. But as an autistic, it’s also just a natural way for her to stim. KNOWN documents her work and creates Timelapse reels (Instagram) so that her audience can view the multidimensional art process, as well seeing the final product.
