I have triied to capture the shimmering beauty of the Australian ghost gums. With the insect trails and smooth trunks that seem to sometimes glow. Through in some bottlebrush and wattle for colour and a cheeky Magpie to finish it off. My first painting i have created my own source. Maybe there is inspiration for a series ... watch this space !
Currently studying art, hence my wide genre in my work. I'm a chef by trade, run a busy sign shop. Have two grown sons. Ride motorcycles, live semi-country with my dogs and my art!
