Don’t look back

A white horse at dusk leaving his paddock for new adventures. He takes one look back to the past but is still pointed forward. The painting speaks of letting go of old things and not dwelling on the past .

I have studied part time at The Julian Ashton art school and Waverley art school.
I create mostly figurative art, I had a strong desire to capture light in painting.
I am led to paint certain subjects intuitively and many of my subjects are based in folklore and have a spiritual meaning .
I also hope to use some of the images to create a children’s book .
