Escaping Bubbles

This artwork is a small exploration of blues through texture. The colour, deeper within the depths between the bubbles, and lighter in the middle to create interest and contrast. Each bubble gets lighter as they move up closer to the surface.

The acrylic paint was applied to canvas in combination with impasto and paper to create texture

I have been painting since I was 10 years old, taught by amazing artists within West Brisbane. Now I am a bit (lot) older, I am finding my love to art, texture, paint is only continuing.
It is one of the rare moments in life I get to do something creative for myself!

A little bit more about me: I am a very organised soul - I cant function without organised lists, and yet I love creating textured, busy, bold abstracts within my artwork. Humans are but just contraditions.
