I am inspired by nature - the trees, the leaves, the shadows created by the plants - anything the stops me in my tracks and makes me forget about the current world. I prefer to paint in abstract style, to capture different colours and textures, transporting the viewer to a different world.
I paint when I can, I paint when I'm inspired and I paint when I know I need to. It is the best form of meditation I know and my mind tells me when it's time to stop, settle and get that brush on the canvas.
