Artwork Description

A painting of a mother walking with her five daughters. Fours of the daughters walking by themselves ahead with the baby in her back. It highlights the strength of a mother. Her ability to watch out and manage her children even in a frantically busy world.

South Afircan born artist living on Australian's Northern Beches. My art is strongly influenced by african culture, cultural experice, colour and human emotion. I enjoy creating art that speaks to an emoption and evokes a soulful energy. I play with colours to conjure the feelings of being alive within the audience, suggesting movement and excitment. I love creating art that dances with the eye and creates and interplay between reality and imagination, making the moment a gift, a conduit that ties past, present and future.
