Hi! I'm Kristie, and my art is a celebration of that which connects us.
Drawing inspiration from the Australian East Coast, with its sunlit shores and the enchanted hinterland, my work reflects the natural beauty of the Northern Rivers, where I’ve lived all my life and am now raising my own family.
Painting is my place of peace and clarity. It's where the busyness of daily life pauses and I feel most alive and connected to self and the universe. I hope my art brings this same positive energy, joy, and gratitude for life to the viewer.
Having worked as a professional photographer for over 13 years, I have gained an appreciation for the subtle nuances of changing light, colour, and the small imperfect moments that make life beautiful.
With each piece I create, my intention is to infuse it with a warmth that resembles connection, whether to oneself, family, community, or Land.
