Artwork Description

“Tidal Shift” stunning ocean inspired artwork, thoughtful composition and beautiful colours featuring turquoise, Prussian blue, teal with violet and gold highlights combine together perfectly. Finished with satin varnish. Handmade with love by myself in my Ballina studio.

This artwork is an original painting, I use artist grade acrylic paints, and high quality archival satin varnish to produce a beautiful subtle sheen and provide UV protection.
Each artwork has a hanging wire fitted.

The fluid art technique used to produce this artwork produces one of a kind effects, and is a technique quite unique to my work something I have evolved over many years of refining, the results are amazing something which cannot be exactly replicated, making it truly unique and beautiful.
My heart and soul goes into every artwork, I am a perfectionist and insist on quality, it is my passion to bring colour and emotion into the canvas and hope to bring much joy into your surroundings.
The photos although I do my best to capture the true beauty of the artwork, they look more vibrant and stunning in person.

Artist Bio

Kristine Jambor is an abstract artist whose work celebrates the vibrancy and emotional resonance of colour. Deeply influenced by the lush landscapes of the Northern Rivers, her paintings capture the shifting moods, rhythms, and atmospheres of place through expressive, layered compositions.

Drawing inspiration from the great Expressionist artists, Kristine approaches abstraction as a language of feeling, using colour, mark-making, and texture to evoke the sensory experience of nature rather than its literal form. Each piece becomes a dialogue between the external landscape and the artist’s inner world, translating light, movement, and emotion into visual energy.

Kristine’s practice is a continual exploration of colour’s power to communicate beyond words. Her work represents a vibrant meditation on the beauty and vitality of the Northern Rivers environment.
