This piece started as a the leftover scraps from my paintbrush. Layer upon layer of colour was added until it started to look like some sort of neon garden dreamscape! I slowly carved out eucalyptus flowers, roses, ferns, orchids and native indigo - all happy plants from my front garden. Then I asked my son what he thought.."why not add some dragon fruit??" Why not indeed! So in went the dragon fruit. The end result? A vibrant, energetic, grandma's garden of flowers and fruits! Perfect for hanging above the bed, dining table or sideboard.
This piece is made from a recycled canvas board and frame.
