Felt the need to paint my favourite leaves and flowers. I didn't use a reference for this one, as is the case for a lot of my gumnuts and leaves, I love them so much. The black background is delicious in this piece and sets off the leaves beautifully. I'm always in my happy place painting our beautiful aussie blossoms.
