Gumnut Pods - Still Life

I have packed up my studio ready for the sale of my home and moving, so I haven't painted for over a week. I had to open boxes and drag out brushes and paints and canvas and paint these gorgeous gumnut pods. They called to me in my sleep and in my dreams. I'm hopeless, I know! Still, I achieved my aim and feel so much better that I was able to get it onto the canvas.
