I've endeavoured to unveil the ethereal allure of the golden abyss beneath the ocean's embrace—a realm where serenity and vibrancy coalesce in a harmonious dance. My work is a tribute to the sublime tranquility found in nature’s hidden sanctuaries, where the whispers of emerald greens intertwine with the warm embrace of golds and the steadfast embrace of browns.

Through the interplay of texture, light and shadow, I strive to capture the essence of a world untouched by time, where every hue is a testament to the beauty that lies beneath the surface. I'm Julie, an artist living in beautiful Hervey Bay. My art journey is all about capturing the essence of everyday moments and the wonders of nature that surround us. I find inspiration in the little things – from the way sunlight filters through leaves to the calming rhythm of the ocean waves.

Every painting I create is a piece of my soul and heart laid bare. I don’t plan too much; I just paint what moves me on that particular day. It’s a very personal process, and I paint primarily for myself, but knowing that my work has found homes around the world is a feeling like no other.
