Tomato Soup Still Life

I've always wanted to paint a Campbell's soup can and I took the plunge, deciding to do everything by hand and not use stencil's for the lettering. I cursed myself quite a few times during the creation of this piece, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out. The red of the can is very dramatic against the black background, and even though the writing is wonky in places, it works! I am hanging out now for tomato soup, one of my favourites.
