Zaphyre

One of my ongoing serious of babes that keep bringing me back from time to time. Painting women in different states of emotion, sensuality and states of mind is something that I take great pleasure in creating. This particular piece didn't go in the direction intended but I am constantly grateful for taking risks. The risk being adding raindrops onto this piece and rain in the background. Harnessing the moodiness of the piece. I take great solace in being able to portray a certain aesthetic and appeal with replicating the feminine form in ways that may not appear normal to some but are diverse enough that they create harmony and are relatable to the viewer.
