Artwork Description

Give me a home where kookaburras laugh and there is the inevitable
magpie Interloper.
This work is influenced by the magpie what follows my mother on her
walks.
Even though her younger days on an outback station saw her with a
cockie on a stick her later years have been walking with magpies.
In this piece the laughing ‘Burras have one that does not belong. A touch of Australian whimsy.
