Feet around Aus, Hampton Beach, Dampier, WA

This was my very first painting on canvas, Feb 2016. I was living in Karratha WA at the time and spent a lot of time in Dampier. This is a my take on a relaxing day at a beautiful beach and also where I decided to paint more of my photos, from other areas and beaches that I've spent time at.

I was born in the Northern Territory, I am a mother and grandmother. I am also an ex Detective with complex PTSD, which is what started my art journey in 2015. I took up painting for the peace and mindfulness it creates. I have found travelling and painting the most amazing help of all the remedies I've come across.
