Taking the Boat Out

I spent days on this piece, slowly building it up and adding subtle hues and shades of a setting sun over the ocean. The boat was the final piece that put the puzzle together. I love the idea of being on a small boat out on calm waters, watching the sky burst into flames.

This piece is so vivid and detailed, and would work with any frame or setting.
