This little artwork is created with acrylic and metal.
The fairy wren is painted in acrylic, and the background is finished with metal leaf, which gives a warm, shifting reflection as the light changes. This background style is part of my signature look in most of my artworks.
Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity and is wrapped securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap and thick cardboard.
