Fish Trap is a visual representation of ‘patched’ in fishing nets, using traditional Kamilaroi Dot-Painting techniques.

Artist Bio

Australian Contemporary Kamilaroi Dot Artist, now living on Boon wurrung Country, in Naarm, Victoria, Australia. My First Nation Aboriginal art is more of a neo-traditional Abstract interpretation of Australia’s first artists.
Painting using a bright pallet of colours, all which feed into a rich vibrancy is reflected in each and every artwork created.
Connection to country through my visual interpretation and use of colour. Connection to Community through the use of traditional Kamilaroi symbolism. Respect for my elders for allowing me to share their stories. The stories of dreaming.
