This is part of the "Wanderer" series, inspired by the rolling hills and national parks.

This large abstract mountain is painted in soft neutrals of beige, olive and light tan. The colour blurs like watercolour with soft nuanced lighter areas and deeper darker areas.
There are metallic gold highlights - these illuminate at certain angles and lighting angles as they are gold leaf.

The paint has been layered in washes of colour and charcoal and pastel have been used to add detail. The cloudy sky has layers of off-white shades with hints of warm cream, beige and off-white.
