Artwork Description

Red Bluff sits on the shores of Port Phillip Bay in the Melbourne suburb of Black Rock. It's soft sand stone cliffs are rugged and beautiful especially in soft afternoon light. Using software filters I create a painterly effect to enhance the image to try and create a unique image and look.

Printed on the finest quality paper or on stretched canvas available framed or unframed.

Artist Bio

After more than 25 years working in Australia’s media as a photographer and Photo Editor I am now freelancing and working on various projects including “The Last of the Gippsland Lakes Fishermen” exhibition and photography for the 175th anniversary for Melbourne Botanical gardens book “Wonder” . I never leave home without a camera. My photography features the unique character and beauty of my hometown Melbourne. Be it the cities reflections at dawn on the Yarra, the natural beauty of our urban wildlife, to the city streets architecture in different light.
