This piece takes me to places that I spent holidays in during my childhood. Playing and exploring the countryside, but on my grandparents sheep property (not cows)
Painted in the style of John Wilson, it evokes atmosphere and dimension.
This artwork in on a canvas board and will need to be framed.

Artist Bio
Leoni Hines (born in Brisbane) now living in Maitland (just out of Newcastle), is an artist working predominantly in oils. I canโt remember a time when art wasnโt a part of my life, growing up drawing and painting then studying under an incredible art teacher during high school years, helped develop my creative side.
Having a curious & loving relationship with colour and light, I am inspired by the Australian landscape with its ever changing light and hues. Photography has also played an important part in my creative process capturing moments in time that can be used as a reference or idea for a painting.
Every painting I do contains a piece of me, my heart and my soul. I may start off drawing what I see, but always paint what I feel. I want people to look at my art and feel the same thing that I do. If they do, then I have been successful.
