Artwork Description

In both world wars there were a great number of indigenous diggers who went to fight overseas. They fought despite the imposed laws not recognising them as citizens - or even people‚ as they were classed as "fauna".
This painting attempts to commemorate in some‚ small way this portion of Australia's history.
