I was born in a small country town in NSW, lively strawberry blonde, young lady, that my mother found challenging to handle. I was the eldest of 5 siblings. Breezed though school always willing to have a go, I loved the art classes in school always creating pieces. My talent was drawing although at the timeI didnt relize my talent. My passion at the time of coarse was horses, I travelled around NSW with my mum competing with the horses, at this stage I didnt have the time for drawing so it only happened sometimes, but during those times I would immerse myself into the drawing, lifting my head occassionally, I married my husband and had three beaut kids all of which have that magical creative talent. Painting was put on the back burner because you dont have time for yourself bring three kids up and building the empire, my life was good but did have alot of hardships to overcome. It was some many years later before I started painting, and it only occured because I broke my tendon, and I I needed something to do during my recovery. I found painting very exciting, you develope a image in your mind of what you want to paint and then the magic starts, I loved horses with great passion during my young years in life, but I really love all living creatures and love every thing god has created, we as a human are blessed to be able to do the things we want. Painting allows me to express all the beauty, passion and colour we have in our world. I created my first painting of a peacock, I choose this bird because I just love the colour and glamor they pose. it still hangs with pride on my wall although the style has alot to be said about it'Im finding my art is developing more and more, as I am self taught and looking forward to creating more and more interesting beautiful colour filled work.
