Artwork Description

After 6 months of no painting due to 3 breaks in my pelvis, I was a little afraid that I couldn’t paint any more and although it took nearly 3 months to complete, I’m pleased to be presenting ”Crying Again” today.

This woman is not showing her ‘ugly cry’ face, but is crying while concentrating on not letting her emotions show. The intensity of her effort helps her push up through her background. Tiles in earthy tones, green, navy blue, pinks and even flecks and speckles of bronze cover her as she is thrust to the surface.

The focal point of a room should be something that is instantly visible upon entering the space. This is a statement piece over 1metre tall and will certainly provide you with that focal point.

Your painting is fitted with D rings and wire for easy hanging. The edges of your painting are finished in the background color of navy blue which makes it suitable for hanging with or without framing.
My work is held in both private and corporate collections within Australia and in Canada, the US, Europe, Japan, N.Z. and the UK.
