Artwork Description

POP ART meets STREET ART. One for all you fashion tragics out there.
This woman leans against a graffiti wall with paste ups and posters, all targeting fashion. Gloved hand to her head, she is planning what she will wear to fashion week. As with the title, there are nods to David Bowie in the street style text on the wall.

The size of this artwork, in a vibrant range purples, blues and black and whites, makes it a STATEMENT PIECE for your room and will be comfortable in MODERN, CONTEMPORARY, BOHO, WAREHOUSE, or a LOFT setting.

Quality paints on strong pine frame and quality primed canvas. The edges of your painting have been painted white for a modern style finish.

Your painting is ready to hang and has D rings & wire. It is signed on the front and comes with a certificate of authenticity. My work is held in both private and corporate collections within Australian and in N.America and the U.K. and Europe

Artist Bio

Lesley Taylor, who signs her work pin100 (don't ask her why, she won't tell you) hopes her sense of humour and her whimsical outlook on life connects with you "I’ve always been fascinated by faces and what they can express without words. My theatre career has sharpened my observations of people and their idiosyncrasies, and these observations form the bones of my art work. My latest work has been figurative, in acrylics, oil sticks, and charcoals. I studied English and Art ( Cambridge Institute) and I have been involved in theatre and art in England and Australia for many years. "
