Artwork Description

Pictured at the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia, the iconic Zig Zag Railway was operational in coal mining days. Coal was hauled from Lithgow at the bottom of the mountain to Katoomba, a sub-alpine town, by the unique engineering of the track and train with dual engines front and back.
The Zig Zag Railway withstood numerous bushfires and remains a tourist attraction today
