Artwork Description

Inspired by one of the great photographer's of the 20th century, Elliott Erwitt, photographing dogs on the street has become a favourite subject matter of mine. They can be found anywhere in the world, and their humans enjoy the attention by the photographer.

Artist Bio

My journey with photography is a personal one, and one that grows stronger every day.I have developed a unique style in street and portrait photography using simple equipment which enables me to work discretely, and get close to my subject matter. This technique results in reflections of whimsical, enchanting moments which reflect lifestyles from around the world. On other occasions I engage with people producing compelling, natural portrait of characters in their environment. I am also known for my often amusing pictures of street cats and dogs. When I’m not travelling, I engage with the Perth community to document local events. My work has been recognised and judged in Australia and internationally.
