Took this photo in Tanzania in 2016 through windows of the truck carried us across the amazing continent. After years, it finally occurred to me what in that photo really captured me there and then - the light. The forever yearning for light.
You may say it is hope, it is joy, it is meaning, curiosity, love or all these bright things guided you through trying moments and kept you going. I say that is the wisdom already exists within all of us on our own journey to seek for enlightenment. It is always there with its divine beauty, but it takes great courage to let it in, to surrender, to let life return to its original form of simplicity. Trust your body and let it feel, listen to your mind with curiosity and let it speak to you. When you let the light in, you will feel the lightness of life, the freedom you finally give yourself permission to receive
