“Deep in Thought” Can be displayed 3 ways because of my signature placement.

I have a fascination with neural pathway art. I find the focused & creative process of interweaving & blending curved & flowing lines together, extremely therapeutic, relaxing & enjoyable.

l’m never certain of the exact outcome or how the finished image will look because these images are not deliberately planned by me. They ‘evolve’ during the process, so there is a delightful element of surprise in it for me when l perceive the possible ’meaning/message’ in the artwork, (recognising the form of ‘line characters’ present in the scene) & this brings me a sense of wonder, joy & contentment & a satisfying way of naming the artwork.

This time, l perceived a line character whose ‘body posture’ portrayed that of someone deep in thought ( with some onlookers/bystanders nearby) hence the title.

This creative piece has been completed on quality acrylic & watercolour 300gsm A3 sized paper so it will easily fit into a budget friendly, store/online frame of your choosing if that is your preference; or you may like to have this unique artwork professionally framed.

Regarding Art, l’ve always been creative.
As a teenager, l handmade & sold my own range of decorative, household ornaments.
I also designed, hand moulded, hand dyed, glued, painted & assembled very large string puppets, large novelty toys & figurines that were very popular.
For quite some time now, drawing, designing, painting & creating my own art pieces has been an absolute passion & joy. I love experimenting & discovering new ways of applying acrylics, watercolours, oil paints, inks & other substances to canvas, paper, wood, fabric, ceramics etc to get different effects. l have also had a myriad of opportunities & the pleasure of instructing, teaching, demonstrating & working alongside others in the educational art sphere for many years & l am grateful for this because l truly consider Artistic Expression to be a wonderful part of the flavour of life.
My own home is fully arrayed, not only with a plethora of my own creations but with the work of other artists too; so there is always a beautiful collection of interesting & eclectic items on display.
