Born in Coburg, Victoria in 1954.
I had always been interested in art but did not really start to paint until in my mid 20's.
Due to work commitments I do not get to paint full time but do spend as much of my free time as possible painting in my studio
Most of my work is water color and acrylic.
I focus predominantly on portraiture but will also enjoy the process of landscape painting. A close inspirational source is my friend Herman Pekel whose works in landscapes is exceptional.
I prefer loose and emotional paintings and although not always successful, strive to achieve this in all my work
