Artwork Description

Minimalist portrait of a zebra, rendered in only one colour. By limiting the palette, the painting highlights the animal's natural contrast and striking gaze. The simplicity of the composition draws attention to the zebra's presence - a quiet yet powerful reminder of beauty.

Artist Bio

Born in Sydney and now calling Melbourne home, I’ve always carried a deep love for creativity and exploration. My travels—including time living in the UK—have shaped the way I see the world and continue to inspire the stories I tell through art.

Art has been part of me since childhood, though life’s twists and turns led me away from it for a while. Reconnecting with my practice has been like rediscovering an old friend, and I’m now devoted to sharing that joy and passion with others. I work primarily with watercolour and acrylic, but I love experimenting with colour pencil and oil pastel to bring new textures and energy to my pieces.

My collection is vibrant and cohesive, often celebrating the beauty of nature, animals, and still life. Each work is created with the intention of radiating positivity, tranquility, and wonder—an invitation to pause, breathe, and appreciate the small joys that surround us every day.
