I have been making art in a variety of genres for over 20 years. Moving to country South Australia in 2003 started a period of consolidation. The quiet, the isolation and the physical beauty of the environment facilitated an artistic focus. A large body of semi abstract landscapes made in response to the broad vistas and translucent light of the Mid North have developed into a method of working that addresses time and movement in relation to place. I am now using a similar methodology to examine built environments and interior spaces.
