Australian gum leaves can certainly put on a show, with older leaves developing a deep rich red, sunlit leaves glowing a brilliant yellowy green, leaves ready to drop appear in earthy tones of sienna and aubergine, all the while hanging out amongst the strong well developed green leaves. Gum Leaves Intertwined is an intense culmination of all these leaves helping the viewer to appreciate their inate beauty.
This painting has a recycled/distressed timber frame, mounted on professional acid free matboard and set behind standard glass.
