I am always keen to experiment with colour, particularly with the primary colours. This was my first attempt at a painting using just the primary colours.

In 2008 my wife Catherine and I moved to the Sunshine Coast hinterland for a tree change. It certainly was. We loved it and I guess the change incorporated a new recognition of the ocean, the landscape and nature itself.
When Covid struck I picked up some brushes for the first time and started to paint. I loved everything about it. Thank goodness I discovered this fabulous pastime. My favourite medium has been acrylics, and I enjoy painting landscapes, seascapes, animals, flowers and more.
I can’t wait to see what artistic challenges await!
