Influenced by the degradation of many of the breeding and feeding grounds of migratory birds, this painting reflects and emphasises that we must take more care of our wild life - in this case, the migratory birds.
How I visualise my place in the world and my emotional attachment to those places can reveal a self portrait which may communicate to others my love of maps and enthusiasm for travel. Those places bring back vivid memories and new places yet to be explored give an adrenaline rush like no other. These emotions of experiences are imprinted in my brain and can be seen as fictitious abstract representations and reminders of my time in that place.
