Open Up Your Heart

I've been in a floral mood lately and I decided to eliminate the vase altogether. This is a painting focusing on the flowers and the way the colours bounce and vibrate. I often use older canvases and create an interesting abstract background and then just make up the flowers, composition and colours as I go.
