My name is Louise Bastos, a self-taught artist, muralist, and creative workshops facilitator. Born and raised in Brazil, I found my home on the Sunshine Coast over a decade ago. I've been painting for around 10 years and professionally started 5 years ago. I work with acrylic paint using loose brushstrokes.
My art is a reflection of my inspiration , imagination and deep connection with people and nature. I mostly paint botanicals (fun fact about me - I graduated as Biologist in university). I believe in the transformative power of art.
