Louise is a passionate and award-winning photographic artist, having achieved recognition for her portrait, landscape & architecture photography. Most recently, Louise was a finalist in the Head On Photography Prize 2021 & Bowness Photography Prize 2020. Louise exhibits locally in her home town of Newcastle, NSW and is a member of the WH!P (Women of the Hunter in Photography) Collective. Her science background combined with a fascination for the natural world and people feeds her photography. Storytelling, empathy, vulnerability and the play of natural light are drivers for Louise's work.
