I think it is a strange thing for one human to create some entity for another human to experience. It is so intrinsic to who we are as people.
My drive comes from the human condition and the natural experience; which are by all means intrinsically linked.
My eyes are constantly seeking meaning, emotion and being in everything I experience. The idea of interconnection is essential to my creative passion.
Creating for me highlights the truth that we are all connected, all experiencing.
It is easy for me to get lost in creation, and I think that this state was important for me in many times in my life.
My current themes of exploration include the human form, the human condition, still life’s and landscapes, with a particular focus on charcoals and oils.
