Part of an exhibition of hand studies, this paining of black gloves highlights the role of gloves in fashion as well as practicality. The sophistication of gloves lend them selves well to paintings and create statement pieces, adding a touch of style and suave to any home decor.

I have been painting and drawing all my life in periods where time allows. in more recent times have been focused on the beautiful Australian landscape, painting in oils to capture the muted charm of the Melbourne Bay area amongst other things. I also draw and paint in watercolour on paper, bringing to life local scenes as I find them, life drawing, still life and figurative studies.
