I purchased this bouquet of farm fresh flowers, which include Dahlias and Cosmos, from a seaside market in the town of Lorne.
I painted them set against a serene, flat blue background to allow the jubilant array of mixed flowers in their various pinks, maroons and purple to burst forth from the canvas.
