Artwork Description

My Constructed Landscape series explores our relationship with the land. Playfully juxtaposed landscapes call out to us from our built confines. Beckoning us to break free and experience the glorious landscapes around us.

Landscapes throughout Victoria have been captured and composed in the 18th century Picturesque tradition. Photographs have been taken through a wooden grid frame with textured glass panels to exaggerate the constructed nature of these viewpoints. The frame is set within rough, unfinished construction, serving as a ‘gallery wall’ where landscape paintings would traditionally be found.

A limited edition print run of only 5 images will be sold in this size.
