Artwork Description

Mount William is in Victoria's Grampians region. The mountain is one of the first in the mountain range that thrusts up above Melbourne's western plains. This is such a wonderful place to spend sunrise. To get here, it's a 45 minute hike up the mountain, followed by a spot of bush bashing. In the pre-dawn hour, a beautiful soft purple crept into the sky, then as the sun peeks over the horizon, the grey rocks erupt into glorious colour. Sitting up high watching the world come to life is an incredible feeling.
I hope this image can bring some of that to life for you.
