Tidal River Reflection Ed. 1 of 5

Tidal River at Wilsons Promontory is stunningly beautiful, however this day was wet, overcast and dour. I huddled under an umbrella amid the dripping trees waiting for a moment that may never come. As the sun rose, a break in the clouds appeared at the perfect moment, spilling the most glorious golden light across the trees. The moisture on the trees coupled with soft golden defused light turned this into an unforgettable moment. This is the image that I've chosen to print large in my studio. I gaze up at it many times each day, and it fills me with calm happiness. It's absolutely stunning seen large.

In prior years he came 2nd in the Australian Photography Awards, third in Australia’s Top Emerging Photographer Competition and as a finalist in both the Perth Centre for Photography CLIP Award and Mullins Conceptual Photography Award.
