Artwork Description

The artwork is a naked shamanistic figure with his insides visible and with horns. The shaman in North American Indian culture could heal others and see inside them. It's also influenced by the shamanistic drawings of German artist Joseph Beuys. The shaman could heal others by connecting to spirits and connecting with the chthonic or bowels of the earth.
