Artwork Description

An ode to mid-year transformations, this original, hand-painted artwork is inspired by the celestial and botanical symbols of July. Perfect for a range of interiors.

This striking 101.6 x 101.6cm painting portrays a serene woman with eyes gently closed, her expression peaceful and meditative, surrounded by the vibrant blooms of water lilies and larkspurs — the traditional birth flowers of July.

Her flowing dark hair is woven with blossoms in vivid pinks and lavenders, radiating feminine power, healing, and rebirth.

Subtle golden constellations of Cancer and Leo are painted into the richly layered background, connecting the earthly beauty of flora with the mysticism of the stars.

The deep teal, cobalt, and sapphire blue tones evoke the calmness of water and sky, while painterly textures and gentle drips add movement and dreamlike depth. A modern, abstract-fantasy portrait that embodies intuition, cosmic alignment, and the emotional tides of mid-year transformation.

July in Bloom is perfect for astrology lovers, those born in July, or anyone drawn to lush, spiritual art with a feminine edge.

A conversation piece and soulful sanctuary in one, this artwork suits bohemian, modern, and eclectic interiors alike.

Painting is signed on the front and will come with a certificate of authenticity from artist Luna Burlo.
